I am doing some research on the price of true natural beef and am curious to know how you guys sell yours; by the cut, side, quarter or whole? Also can we have some ideas on pricing? One other thing; if you plan to butcher them do you steer them or leave them in tact?
Thanks Sherry

Sherry, True natural beef is more expensive to feed and takes at least 2 more months of time. I sell mine by the half. Selling by the cut will probably require some state permits and special handling. I always steer animals that I want to butcher. Bulls need to be fed hard and killed young (12-14 months of age).
