Blue Oak Farm is located an hour north of Pittsburgh, PA. I bought my first White Park in Oct. 2003, and have slowly been building a herd. I now own about 10 brood cows, which is as much as my family's small 20 acres can hold.
If ever you are shopping for cattle, or are just in the area and would like to see the farm, we would be more than thrilled to meet with you. Feel free to e-mail us at blueoakfarm@yahoo.com
Also, I have to add a great thanks to the members of The American British White Park Association. Through their help, I have been able to build my herd, as well as meet a bunch of fun, wonderful people.

While my daughter, Jess, is at Penn State studying, I get to feed the cattle. It is 25 degrees, wind chill at 16, flurries abound as we're getting the remnants of lake effect snow. As I drive out a round bale into the feeding area, the cows just look at me. They wait patiently as I remove the wrap, and put the feeder around it. I go over & scratch a few heads and talk to the spring calves who are in a group of their own. As I pull away, they attack the bale. After I put the tractor in the shed, I walk out among them, intermingle as if I am one of them, scratching a back or two.
I don't need to go further. You all know the feeling. What a wonderful life.
