The American British White Park Association has three shows every year they are held in Harrisburg, PA........Milwaukee Wisconcin.........and Quincy, IL.
The Pennsylvania show is held at the Keystone International Livestock Exposition. The dates are October 1-5, 2008. This will be the associations national show this year.
The Milwaukee show is held at the World Beef Expo and the dates are September 26-28, 2008
The Illinois show is held at the Adams County Fair in Quincy, IL and the dates are July 24-30,2008
These shows are fun to do and they provide a great opportunity to meat other White Breeders. They are a friendly helpful group.
If anyone has interest in more info please let me know.

If any one is interested in going to Quincey IL for the cattle show, I have a block of rooms set up under American British White Parks at the Stoney Creek Inn. It's a nice show to see cattle and have a great time.

The Quincy show is always a good time. We also have a lot of white herds in the area. I usually have plenty of time to haul people aroung to see some of them in their working clothes. So if your new to the breed and never seen large numbers of them. The Quincy show is a good place to see large numbers of them. Two of the oldest herds of whites in America are in the Quincy area. I also have a block of rooms reserved. They are at the America Best Value Inn and only $65 a night.

Just a reminder, the World Beef Expo will be held September 26-28, 2008 in Milwaukee. Show entry deadline is August 15,2008, but late entries are accepted at an extra cost. There is NO printed catalog, all info is available online at www.worldbeefexpo.com. If you need more info, contact Merrie Nimmer at 815-629-2771. Although the ABWPA show is open to members of both organizations, the animal must be registered with either one. It is important that any animal shown be purebred and not have a sire that is less than 15/16 (93.75%) in it's pedigree. If you need some help getting your animal to the show or help when you are at Milwaukee, just let us know. Not everyone needs to bring all of the show tools (grooming chute, blower, or clippers) especially if you are just getting started with showing cattle. We can help if you let us know. Larry

Steve, Spoke to Paul...no white cattle at the Springfield, Mo show this year. It takes place at nearly the same time as the Quincy show.
Thanks to Kevin and his family for all of their work to make the Quincy show another success.

For those that are wondering why their are black cattle in the first picture. It was a picture of the open steer show. We happen to have 3 whites in one of the classes. We did not win the class. But we did place in the top half of the class. All five white steers did a good job in the open steer show.
